Question msige66 raider backlit keyboard not lighting up

the backlit keyboard on my msige66 raider does not work no matter what i install or uninstall-tried dragon center install and uninstall etc when i try to use mystic light from msi center-it goes directly to support-anyone else having these problem/ and a solutio///ns

Did you check to see if the laptop has any BIOS updates pending?
