MSN Help & Time Help

Hi
I cant log into my MSN Messenger account i get the error 80048820 i have worked out that this is because my time on my computer is not workin but as i double click on the time and press update it says "An error occurred getting the status of the last synchronization. The RPC server is unavailable" i have no idear wat this mean and any help anyone could give me to fix this problem would be much appreicated.

Wrong forum... but


Open CONTROL PANEL and select Administrative Tools > Services and scroll down to "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)". Right-click on this service
and select "Start".
