MSVCP100.dll is missing (HELP)

Ive tried like everything, am I missing something? I have the most recent version of C++, and I updated windows, and its keeping a lot of my games from starting and its really annoying, any suggestions?

I even searched for MSVCP100 and theres a file... Its in system32... So whats the problem? It has the file but says its missing when trying to open certain games

You can also download MSVCP100 and drop it into each game's install folder. That usually works.

Did that, now its saying application was unable to start correctly with an error code of 0xc000007b.

Well 2 of the games that I know at the top of my head are Turmoil and The Sims 4, probably more but would rather not go through all of them and find out which exact ones

Well thats sort of a problem, didnt really want to spend the money for Sims.. So its not technically from Origin.. If you get what im saying...
