MSVCP110.dll & MSVCR.dll not working on MGS5

I am trying to play MGS5 on Steam, when i click play, it will say it is running for a split second before doing nothing. So I go to its folder to try to manually start the game, this time it gives me two error messages: "MSVCR110.dll is either not designed for windows or it contains an error" and "MSVCP110.dll is either not designed for windows or it contains an error". So I delete my Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013, and re-downloaded it from the Microsoft store but I still have the same issue. Please help! Thank You!

Windows 10

Processor: Intel Core i3-3220 CPU @3.30GHz

Ram: 8.00 GB

GPU: GeForce GTX 970


Additional Note: I have been able to play this game on my computer before, I have over 60 hours in the game. I haven't played it in a couple months before trying today
