I have been a on two forums now... no one even responds 🙁 I found myself hopeless in this matter.. I'd really not like to reformat over this issue....
So the usual problem you have with this DLL is while running apps.. the problems start when installing them I tried replacing the file "which it wasn't even in the system32 folder" with 2 .dlls from a website which both were not compatible when I attempted to reg32 them. below is the error.
