mka,

Are you certain? This will open the System Configuration Utility.
The Startup tab lists items loading at startup from the Startup group,
Win.ini load= and run=, and the registry.

Start | Run | Type: msconfig | OK |
Startup tab |
See anything related to WebCheck or similar??

If you do not change anything, hit Cancel to Exit the System Configuration
Utility (msconfig.exe).
