MTP Drivers for WIN8

I have a Sandisk Sansa Zip Clip+ M3 player that is compatible with WIN XP, WIN Vista, WIN 7. It is also compatible with WIN8. However, when I connect the MP3 player to my WIN8 pc, the PC does not detect the player. According to Sandisk tech support I need to install/update the MTP drivers on my WIN8 pc. Where/how do I find and download the MTP drivers for my WIN8 pc?
