Recently I purchased a brand new Asus TUF F507zi and I feel some of it's benchmarks are much lower than expectation and I'm so worried about that. Should I use turbo mode | GPU: ultimate OR performance mode | GPU: Standard in ASUS Armory crate? Here are some of my benchmarks vs other user benchmarks (according to notebookcheck and cgdirector). Temperature was normal during the tests and no redundant applications were running in the background. I've marked my awful results with "X"
I've repeated the test but result does not much differ (actually they slightly decreased)

Cinebench 2024
GPU: My result: 11088-11110 X | users avg: 11350-12087
Single: My result: 101 | users avg: 100
Multi: My result: 900 | users avg: 846

Cinebench R23
Single: My result: 1701 | users avg: 1704
Multi: My result: 14727 X | users avg: 15765

3DMark Time spy:
Score: My result: 10648 X | users avg: 11793
Graphics: My result: 11539 | users avg: 11658
CPU: My result: 7407 X | users avg: 11367
3dmark app (i7 12700h + RTX 4070): Your score: 10648 | Average: 12330 | Best: 13685

3DMark Fire Strike:
Score: My result: 24596 X | users avg: 25520
Graphics: My result: 28320 | users avg: 29108
Physics (CPU): My result: 23009 X | users avg: 25801
3dmark app (i7 12700h + RTX 4070): Your score: 24596 | Average: 25045 | Best: 27521

As you can see, CPU benchmark for time spy is extremely lower than expectation and GPU result in cinebench 2024 is not what it should be.
What do you think?

Is it comparing laptop to laptop or CPU and GPU average results?

Not all laptops are created equal. Some may have additional cooling and/or higher power limits and every CPU/GPU will behave a little differently. Also always have to keep in mind that users who are interested in benchmarking may have overclocked their systems or set the fans to run at 100%.

Cinebench R23/2024 results are comparing laptop to laptop, also they are the same as results on notebookcheck. Other results compared to mine are taken from cgdirector and notebookcheck. Their CTO told me that they use Asus performance (balanced) mode not turbo.
Usually we run the benchmarks in performance mode (if its not e.g. with too load fan noise).
Is it possible for a laptop (e.g. TUF series) to perform much lower than expected compared to the same laptops of other users? Unfortunately I received it in an open box with broken seal and I discovered that its SSD was used for 6 hours and had been turned on 31 times.

Could be as simple as the thermal solution application being a little less then perfect, or just a leaky chip that consumes more power than normal. Double check your temperatures. You might also consider doing a BIOS reset in case any default settings were changed. Also make sure the BIOS is up to date, could be an early release with performance issues.
