Mugen2 and p35 platinum combo

hello guys
i have msi p35 platinum combo and im thinking of buying
mugen 2, i also have a generic case and i wanna install a 12 cm
rear fan so does it fit!?

These are the Mugen 2 dimensions:

130 x 100 x 158mm
5.11"x4"x6.25".

You need to measure inside the case with the the heatsink pointing towards the back fan. Make sure the mounting allows orientation of the cooler to blow out the back fan.
See if you have the holes for mounting a 120 mm fan. It certainly looks so.

You want to avoid positioning the heatsink so it blows into the PSU.
