Multi channel ram w/ different brands

Will 4gbx2 hyper x of the same frequency work with 4x2 gskill of the same frequency?

It should work ofc noone can guarantee it until you try.
But alteast make sure that 2 of same RAMs will be in same channel so you dont mix them.

Before I was adding RAMs which were different in size, timings and manufactured about 7 years apart and they worked fine, generally motherboard should be able to take care of all that but nothing beats real test with actual PC and RAMs.
