I need a case which is going to fit a EVGA Supernova 850WATT P2 PSU
and TWO GTX 1080Ti's

Most Mid-Towers will be fine. A Corsair Obsidian 450D is a decent case, but computer cases are the most objective part of a build and it's always user preference, such as color, shape, design, window etc.

Solution
I mostly agree. Depends a little on the hardware you are plugging these into. Specifically the PCIe x16 slot spacing. Typical Z170 / Z270 board will have the cards three slots apart. Larger cards that exceed the thickness of two slots might have airflow problems. On X99 / X299 boards you might have tighter spacing or more options.

And overall cooling is a concern. Some would say that with high end hardware you should have a full tower so as to not limit your options when it comes to adding fans or going with water cooling.

I typically stick with Mid-towers though, even with water cooling and SLI.
