Question multi gpu setup G-sync not working on main monitor when 2nd has moving media

so i had a problem with my monitors one being a 144hz gsync and the other a 60hz standard just for web pages etc prettty much whenever there was anything moving on my 60hz the gsync on my main would disable. to combat this i bought a gt 710 for the 60hz however i am still having the same problem. playing WOW in windowed fs and have youtube playing on second monitor please help.

Make and model of both monitors? How are you connected from your GPU to the monitor? Speaking of GPU's, what are the rest of your specs? List them like so:

Have you tried uninstalling your GPU drivers using DDU, without the GT710 and then reinstalling the latest GPU drivers off Nvidia's support site?
