[SOLVED] Multi GPU

I have 3 ASUS DUAL GTX 1060 6GB OC card (I used for mining before but not now).

Now, I'm planning to build a pc end of this month with this specs:

MB: ASUS PRIME Z390-A
RAM: 32GB (16GBx2) DDR4/3200 CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO (WHITE)
GPU: ASUS DUAL GTX 1060 6GB OC (my old cards)
STORAGE: PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB (R max 3,500 MB/s / W max 2,800 MB/s)

My question is:

Can I use 2 of my graphics card?

Any recommendations? Thanks

No. SLI is reserved for xx70 and higher gpus.

Yeah. But I'm not using SLI because there's no SLI fingers on 1060.

So, you mean, I cannot attach those 2 GPUs on my board?

You can, but there's no benefit.
-a single 1060 can run multiple monitors on it's own

-multi-gpu setups obviously require a beefier power supply to run reliably.
-multi-gpu increase case thermals further, which will make fans run louder.
^Consuming more power and yielding higher operating temps for no gain without the SLI bridge, unless you just want to do it.

Yes.

Gaming: No. Driver support has died down dramatically; AMD has dropped it completely since the launch of their RX 5xxx gpus, and Nvidia will follow suit sooner or later, they've been slowly backing away from it for awhile now.
Streaming: No.
Video Editing: Maybe, but I wouldn't know which programs specifically benefit.


Keep one 1060 and try to sell the other 2.
