Multi Monitor Setup With Different Aspect Ratios

I currently have a dual monitor set up with both running at 1080p. I'm thinking of getting an ultrawide display (this Asus) but I don't want to lose the second screen. Would it be possible to run the Asus at 1440p 21:9 with one of my current 1080p 16:9 as a second screen?
