My kids are getting older and needing to use our computers more. How do I setup our computers so that everybody in my house has their own account, that they can log in to any PC on the network with, and have the same access on each one? All computers are on Windows 10. Please let me know if more info is needed, thank you.

If your kids each have Microsoft kid account, they can use it to login on every device they are added to.

Another (expensive) option is to put these computers into a domain (if they're Pro flavor), and install a domain controller (Windows Server, or Linux with appropriate services) either on stand-alone hardware, or as VM inside most powerful PC.
