"Multi Profile" Problems

Hi. I have 2 profiles on my 98 machine that I can't seem to "separate" from each other. If I copy a file in my "My Documents" folder, it gets copied into the "My Documents" folder in the other persons profile (same thing when deleting). Same problems with the "inbox" folder in Outlook2000, where mail appears/deletes in both folders. Any ideas? Thx!
 
Which operating system are you referring to? I haven't got multi-users set up on the computer I'm on right now, but I have done it before, so I'll try to recall what I remember.
Method 1) Go into Control Panel, then into either Users (I think), then there is a list somewhere where you can check/uncheck having personalized Favorites, My Documents, etc.
Method 2) Right click on "My Documents" folder on your desktop and go to "Properties". Change the target directory.
