My father-in-law uses an old computer I built about 10 years ago. It's getting a little long in the tooth and I'm concerned about it's reliability. He would like to play Fortnite at 1080p on it, but otherwise, just typical desktop usage. This is what I've got, but I don't know for certain these parts are compatible and/or if this is too much for his needs:

$155 AMD Ryzen 5 2600
$110 ASUS B450 AMD Ryzen 2 ATX
$225 Asus GTX 1660
$115 Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
$78 Samsung 860 EVO 500GB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD
$100 Win 10

The other question is can I somehow strip the win10 license off the old computer and not have to buy that as well? I'm going to salvage the following off the old computer:
CX500M power supply (replaced old PSU a couple years ago)
case
case fans
Blu-ray drive
card reader

Will the power supply be sufficient?

Thank you for all of your help.
