Multiboot linux not loading

So i have windows 7 and Ubuntu both installed on separate partitions. My Laptop will just boot into windows 7 automatically how do i set this up so i have a choice between the two on startup.

Either setup/update grub to search for and add OS..

sudo update-grub

Or use a tool like EasyBCD to add linux to the windows bootloader

EasyBCD literally made this so incredibly simple....i even threw windows 7 on there too for the hell of it lol. Thanks for the reccomendation.
