[SOLVED] Multifunctional PC (Gaming/3D Modeling)

This is my first PC build, and I want it to be functional for both 1080p - 1440p gaming and also be capable of 3d Modeling. This build is at the higher end of my price point, but I could make arrangements if their is a possibility for a lot more performance for not that much more money.

Looks good to me, although I would go with 3200 RAM over 3000 if I had the choice.
