Multiplayer aom with xp and windows 7

Hello,
Help with AOM/Titans multiplayer between W7 and XP. I have the program running well on each of three machines, and over LAN between the XP, but not between W& and either XP. Firewall off does not help. Sharing printers and files is fine across home network.
