Multiple (89) Intel Xeon entries in Device Manager

Hello
I recently had to rebuild my PC - I started with win 8, then 8.1 and I noticed both gave me multiple instances - 89 to be exact - of an Intel Xeon device in my device manager under System Devices after I install the Intel INF drivers
I do not have a Xeon CPU
I wrote to Asrock and all they could do was to recommend Windows 10
So I just installed Win 10 on a new M.2 drive and the same entries appear
The thing is, in my original Win 8 build of 3 years ago I never had them because I would have noticed. The difference is the new motherboard and CPU

I am sure these entries are not correct as I googled some images of Device manager to compare and they all seem to have just 2 or 3 entries for their Intel CPUs
I tried deleting them in Win 8 and it went ok for about 25 entries then one of them crashed the PC

Does anyone know what these are ?

ALSO I have a "PCI Simple Com device" error which I know is the Intel ME components - I have not installed these because I read they are a load of BS and dont do jack. Can I just remove the error Device ?
The system is all running ok with 6604 passmark test

Many Thanks for any help

I have x299 taichi xe, i7820x Skylake, 1060 gpu m 32gb ram

No - Asrock said they can only "recommend" Windows 10 so that's why I upgraded again
The INF driver on the web is older than the one I have on the CD , do you think I should try it ?
I dont think there is any negative affect from these entries but its definitely not right
Its a shame I cant attach the photos. Looks ridiculous

Yeah its a strange one. I am moving on to other Windows issues now lol but I would love to know whats going on with all those "devices"
