Hi
I am trying to setup a wired and wireless LAN at a company where they have four separate buildings that require internet access.
The ADSL router is in their main office with DHCP switched on and manages two wired devices and three wireless laptops. I have installed an access point in this office cabled to the router, in bridge mode to provide wireless and wired capability to another two buildings close by. I have installed an AP in each of the remote buildings configured in bridge/ap mode.
I then have a further cat5e cable from the router leading to a point around 50mtrs from the router where I have installed a further AP setup in bridge mode that communicates with a further AP in another building and that ap is setup in bridge/ap mode to provide wireless and wired capability to the building it is in.
The ap's between buildings have their bridge configurations setup with MAC codes and the same SSID and Channels as the main network ( setup in the router).
My problem is that with the two AP cabled to the router connected, i loose all network connections between the laptops/pc's between each oher and the internet. If i disconnect one of the AP's everything works just fine, but of course i have some pc's that then can't access the network. Any help would be gratefully received as a matter of urgency
