Multiple arrow animations ?

Hi.

Im trying to do a video with multiple arrow animations. I need to do it for work. I've designed a drawing for a system and it gets sent off to someone who puts moving arrows on my drawing.

I have access to lots of software but not sure how to go about this.

This is a video where the arrows have been added as you can see there are loads.

How can I do this. What software do I need ?

there are many ways you can do it, not just limited to what i've mentioned.. semi-automated ways such as above or manually editing the frames yourself. obviously automated is the way to go for anything complex
