Good afternoon, apologies if this is a duplicate thread, I am not sure what happened to the one I created on sign up.

I have been getting random crashes for a while now. I had thought it was a hd issue so installed a new ssd and a fresh install of windows but they have persisted.

I ran memtest86 3 times and got no errors but a " vulnerable to high frequency row hammer bit flips" message. I looked this up and it does not seem to be related to the bs issue.

I have run a full malwarebytes scan in safe mode and it found nothing

system -
Gigabyte z97p-d3
I5 4690k (not overclocked)
32gb kingston hyper x
240gb toshiba a100
radeon r9 380

any help greatly appreciated
Thank you

That looks to be an Aerocool model, not good quality. I would change that out first to ensure you have a stable system. The Seasonic M12II models are often on sale now at Newegg with rebates, good quality and the prices are very good. $50 after rebate https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817151095

If the issue keeps happening after a clean Windows setup it's not a software issue so you need to start checking on hardware. Did you test with one RAM stick at a time? Without the video card? With another video card?
