Multiple BSOD for multiple codes

Hello all.

Over the past few months i have had various bsod's. I cant recognize any patterns, it can happen on start up, it can happen when I start up any application, and it seems to be able to happen at any point while using an application. I will go days without one, and some days get a couple in a row. I have done a ram test, i have reinstalled windows, updated drivers (besides motherboard) system file checker, disk checker and still no luck. I have had error codes for system service exception not handled (dxgmm2.sys) is the most common, also video failure (nvidia.sys) twice or so but not for a couple months, and a couple other codes once but I forgot to write them down. If i update all my drivers, do a file checker, and unplug my machine for a few hours it seems to help for a few days. I am at a lost, besides updated my mother board, which i am a little afraid to do.

Here are two mini dumps from today (i hope i am sharing this correctly)

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NuVXIn5gpTixX8Llu6LWS-DghwDRu7qP/view?usp=sharing

and here are my specs
Gpu - Gtx 1080
Cpu - i7-6700k
16 gb ddr4 ram
windows 10 on a 120 ssd
another 120 ssd
2 tb hdd
Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3P motherboad

Thanks for any information

seems to be problems with your key management software
some problemws with your anticheat softare
some kind of problem with the hibernation system.

the only thing i see that might be a cause of the bugcheck in the video would be the old
network driver rt640x64.sys Wed Oct 5 06:32:55 2016

on the theroy that it is causing streaming issues with the antivirus, the broadcast driver and the gpu driver.

update Realtek NICDRV 8169 PCIe GBE Family Controller driver

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

you might want to start cmd.exe or powershell as an admin and run
dism.exe /cleanup-image /restorehealth

i would also turn off the system virtual memory, to delete the hidden c:\pagefile.sys then reboot and turn it back on.

i might delete the system hibernation file and create another one.
google how delete the hiber.sys and create another one.
or mayb look here: https://www.sysprobs.com/enable-disable-hibernate-delete-hiberfil-sys-file-on-windows-10-8-1

not sure what yor key management server being used for. (sometimes used by hack programs)
but here are some docs on it.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/volume-activation/activate-using-key-management-service-vamt

Thank you for your time and solutions, I went ahead and installed the realtek software you pointed me towards. The dism.exe /cleanup-image only worked if i did a /online before cleanup, im assuming that is okay but want to make sure. it came back succesfully.

I will look into the c:\pag file and hibernation when I get a chance tonight.

I have no idea what would be using the key managment, I use my pc to play games and that is about it. almost exclusively blizzard games. So i will also look into that, whatever that is exactly.

I got another BSOD today for a diffrent error code. here it is if it helps you at all

Thank you so much

google nvidia firmware update tool, in case you have a gpu that must have a firmware update to use the latest drivers.

(your driver is dated oct 10 2018)
nvlddmkm.sys Wed Oct 10 15:33:24 2018
your nividia sound driver is dated nvhda64v.sys Tue Jun 26 01:22:26 2018
you mightreboot and install directly from nvidia.

the bugcheck was a bad memory address passed to the gpu driver. (looked like a good address, so i can not tell)

look for a nvidia firmware update tool. rather than the driver. it is for changes made to displayport.
(just not sure it will have any effect, but you should take a look)

I did not see a bugcheck in tcpip.
but the network driver might be this one:
https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/rtl8169sc-l-software
Realtek put up a new website, and moved everything around.

the bugcheck was in the nvidia driver.
maybe change the memory dump type to kernel and provide c:\windows\memory.dmp file.
it will have more debug info and internal error logs.

I just got a kernal security crash and as it was booting back up I got a critical process died bsod, I cant find logs on the crash on my system at all. I am not sure why those two are not here.

I think you need ot make a new link.
the file you linked is 102918-6718-01.dmp

the date is encoded into the file name dated = 10 29 2018
it is the same file as before.
a kernel bugcheck should have this name and c:\windows\memory.dmp

gpu failed to respond. I assume it going to be caused by your broadcast driver
CY3014.X64.SYS Fri Apr 20 03:08:48 2018
but I have no proof.

you might want to provide a kernel memory dump, and run
cmd.exe as an admin and run
verifier.exe /all /standard

it will force a bugcheck if it finds any driver that is making common mistakes.
the kernel dump will save the internal error logs and info on the various subsystems.

be sure you know how to get into safe mode,
run verifier.exe /reset to turn off verifier when done testing

I ran it, im not sure if it worked. My pc rebooted and crashed without a bsod several times in till I turned it off. When I turned it off it said it didn't verified any drivers. I have Write debugging information set to kernel memory dump and know where it should be, but there is nothing there. Oddly enough there is two new mini dumps from today (not during the verifier time frame) even though its set to kernel memory dump. Is this how it should work? where would the results be? here are the mini dumps from today because im at a lost and it cant hurt.

both bugcheck could be caused by a bad driver, or malware.
you might want to do a malwarebytes scan /virus scan.
-------
kernel dumps are in the c:\windows\memory.dmp file by default

the bugcheck happened because of some timer expired but its data was corrupted when it was processed.

you might try to update the razer drivers if there is a update. Or remove the software and try another mouse.

the minidump does not have the debug info for the timers. (so it is just a guess, as a potential cause)
best to turn on verifier flags and provide a kernel or full memory dump.

\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\rzudd.sys Thu Oct 15 08:22:52 2015

note: it looks like 2 of your razer drivers are old, and 4 are new. You might remove them all and reinstall the current version.

you also have two old Logitech drivers (you might see if you still need them, or if there is a updated version)
Logitech Camera driver
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\lvrs64.sys Mon Oct 22 19:11:24 2012
Logitech USB Video Class Driver (WebCam)
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\lvuvc64.sys Mon Oct 22 19:12:08 2012

second bugcheck was a stack overflow that killed the network driver and caused a bugcheck.

could be malware/hack (version numbers and checksums on the files so the debugger can not check if they have been modified)

I have done a lot of malware-bytes scans through the past couple months and it has never found anything, not sure what else to do to check for malware. The logitech drivers are for my webcam and those are the newest, and I went ahead and updated my razer drivers. I unfortunately have a keyboard that has to use the old razer drivers since the new ones dont support it, and a mouse that has to use the new ones since the old ones do not.

So lastnight i went to advance and changed it to mini dumps and then changed it back to kernal dumps hoping that would get it to stop making mini dumps, today I had a bosd and looked for the kernal dump and found it, I was unable to share because of permissions. While in the process of trying to grant me rights, it disappeared. just went away, I looked at recent files and found it there, but it was empty. I did however have a new mini dump? is this normal? another crashed happened and by the time I actually was able to grant me access to view. it came back saying file didnt exist and yet again it was gone and was in the mini dump sections.

I believe I do have verifier flags on, and I am trying to get you a kernel dump but my pc is basically refusing the record and save them. Unless this is how its supposed to act. Here are the two mini dumps from today that were kernal dumps into it just self deleted them and made them mini dumps

So I re ran driver verifer last night after reading into it more, i got two crashes in but both of them didnt show a bsod or generate a mini dump/kernal dump. My pc just reset itself. I tried turning off automatic restart on a crash and it instead froze.
