Multiple BSODs After AMD Overdrive Usage

So recently i was trying to overclock my AMD Athlon X3 435 with 4th core unlocked, i tried to use amd overdrive for it. I changed bus speed from 200 to 210, clicked ok, then ran the test, and then I got my first BSOD, i rebooted twice then came back to system, checked the bus speed, it showed 200, i thought that everything was going to be okay from that moment.
But then i started to get a lot of different BSODs. System started to say that it doesnt have some file, and i should reset it and things. I resetted windows, started from the beginning, installed my drivers for video card, then started to play CS:GO and after 5 minutes got another BSOD on clean system. Then I played dota and got 3 bsods, didn't manage to get a dump from those, dunno why. Then I started to surf net in search of solutions. Tested RAM on memtest84, everything was fine, then tested my gpu on aida, it was fine too, and at last tested my cpu on aida, and after 10 minutes of test I get BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ntoskrnl.exe+1500a0.

Does it mean that I screwed my CPU, or is there still some way to fix this?
Tried to reset BIOS, didn't help.

Greetings Nord Nord. Hmm, can You try to lock the 4th core back, and try to run Your system just like that. No OC, and only genuine 3 cores? Because if You unlocked the 4th core, and overclocked it, You sure did put some load on the locked core, which ain't the best idea, since the core isn't locked only for marketing purposes.

So please try to disable core unlocker, run only on three cores, and run OCCT Linpack, or something to test system stability, and update the thread.

P.S.: What motherboard do You use? And do You have the newest BiOS?

Good Day. Last test where I got the BSOD was made on 3 cores, I disabled the 4th after reinstalling windows. So now system runs on 3 cores and still crashes.
Motherboard is ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO, I don't think that I've got the latest BIOS.

Please try to update to the newest BiOS, also clear cmos after doing it. Please follow the safety precautions of the BiOS update. Use only FAT 32 fully formated [best via diskpart] USB flash drive. Don't use quick format, don't use exFAT, don't use NTFS.

Try to reconnect Your PSU from Your motherboard, back to it. This most likely won't help, but at least You'll know whether it wasn't some memory effect of OC overload.

seems like its stable on linpack test, no bsods yet

Nord Nord - btw. You're still having the same crash, system service exception 0000003b? If so, can You please run MemTest in preboot mode, and run some CPU stressing tool from usb/cd with Linux? I mean out of the current Windows environment. That issue tend to be corrupt driver related, so to rule it out, it would be great to rule out ram, and cpu from external environment.

this should work :)

I dunno, I tried to burn that raw file on my usb-flash it went retarded, and showed 1.12 gb instead of 3.74gb and wasnt booting the program on start, so I had to fix my flash and delete that crap
