pc specs?

Ryzen 5 2600
Asrock AB350 Gaming K4
Corsair Vengeance 2666mhz DDR4 8gbx2
Seasonic 520w Bronze
Kingston A400 256gb SSD
Latest version of Windows 11
I have uploaded log files in the Google Drive above.

I have upgraded from Windows 10 around 5-6 months ago but this is the first time I encountered like 10 BSODs in one week. Most of them are running Chrome or idle. I ran Cinebench and Unigine Heaven benchmark last night for 2 hours and system did not crash.

All drivers are updated from manufacturers website.

Any input is appreciated. Thank you.

follow this step by step in order (read till end):
  • Disconnect from internet
  • Uninstall every gpu driver using DDU (clean and do not restart, also tick all option in AMD option in the ddu settings).
  • Uninstall all the processors (is a must, should be 12 on yours since it's 12 threads, also when it asks for restart, click on no and keep uninstalling all processors) on device manager like this:
    unknown.png

  • Uninstall AMD Chipset Software in control panel (if there is none, skip it.)

  • reboot the PC to bios, disable AMD fTPM and secure boot (if enabled by default), save and exit, go to bios again, flash to bios 7.00, then the latest 7.20 the one with agesa 1.2.0.7, go to bios after finished updating, then load default or optimized settings, enable fastest xmp profile, then save and exit.

Optional: disable CSM, enable Above 4G Decoding and Resizable bar option (these 2 options wont be available unless CSM is disabled). If gpu supports, why not XD

  • if successful, boot up to windows and install the latest Chipset driver (should be ver 4.06.xx as the time i write this), then reboot.

  • Install the latest gpu driver, reboot, and then connect to internet.

*do this all offline until reboot after installing chipset driver, put ram on slot A2 and B2 (slot 2 and 4) if you only use 2 ram sticks, also you may reboot to bios after all of this to set the XMP (and previous settings you did). Download needed files (highlighted word) before doing step 1, do the step by orders.

  • Run cmd as admin, then do chkdsk /x /f /r, after that do sfc /scannow

  • And check windows update if there is any and install them (except optional update).

  • Make sure the psu connected to the gpu is 1 pcie cable per 1 slot (use main cable, not the branches/split) like this:

you shouldn't be on bios 6.4 with your CPU. You should have stopped at 5.80 as all afterwards have a warning not to use if: *ASRock do NOT recommend updating this BIOS if Pinnacle, Raven, Summit or Bristol Ridge CPU is being used on your system.
Asrock are different to most motherbaord makers, when they add support for one CPU family, they remove support for another. So after 5.80 they started to remove support for your CPU, and the more new CPU it supports, the less support you have. You lucky board doesn't support the 5000 series or it be worse now.
You might want to flash 5.80 onto PC again to have a BIOS that matches CPU

@Koekieezz @Colif Thank you for your inputs. This has been resolved after I installed fresh Windows 11. I got this error after upgrading. Moving forward, I will refrain from the Windows upgrade and do clean install. Thanks again!!!
