Multiple BSODs. Not sure what else to look at.

Sorry, this is kind of long. I've searched everywhere and found nothing.

Asus Z9PE-D8 WS SSI EEB Dual-CPU LGA2011 Motherboard

4 x 16GB Kingston ValueRAM ECC Registered DDR3-1600 Memory

Samsung 850 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

To start off, everything turns on and runs. BIOS works, not sure if there is a specific way to set it up for Windows but here is my problem.

I plug in my flash drive into (any) USB plug-in, with Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 10 Pro, and try to install it.
When the Windows Logo pops up it instantly just sends me to a Blue Screen of Death.

Windows 7 gives me, 0x00000f4.
Windows 10 gives me, Bad_Object_Header and Page_Fault_in_a_Nonpaged_Area.

It is not the power supply and it is not the RAM, tried several different kinds of both and it does the same. I'm not even sure if it's a hardware issue?

Any help would be awesome!

Try another flash drive, update board bios

I have tried 2 different flash drives and BIOS is updated.
