Hey guys,

First time poster on really any forum of any kind but I’m at a total loss here. To start off my PC randomly started crashing while playing games and any type of game. Sometimes it would be fine sometime I wouldn’t notice it for quite some time and then it would happen again. Well recently it has progressed to my computer constantly getting a BSOD related in some way to a non paged pool error. I’ll list off my specs and what I have tried and if anyone could point me in a direction I would greatly appreciate it.

SPECS;
CPU: Ryzen 5900x
GPU: EVGA RTX 3080 ULTRA HYBRID
MOBO: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero X570 ATX
PSU: EVGA 220-G5-0850-X1 Super Nova 850 G5
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 Desktop Memory

OS: Windows 10 Home 21H2
OS BUILD: 19044.1826

Things I have tried so far;

Reinstalling Windows - Clean Install

Rolling back graphics drivers with multiple clean installations using DDU in safe mode

Monitoring my non-paged pool memory with pool mon for memory leaks - none found

Running Windows diagnostics memory test with error found -

Tried running driver verifier but was unable to get back into windows due to the bug where my password was unable to be accepted in windows advanced start up for command prompt.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything I could think of but am honestly lost at this point.

Listed BSOD that have occurred.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Thank you for giving this a read and let me know if I need to change any of this or if I did this wrong or if there is some more info I could possibly provide you.

I think what that is saying is you have problems with the ram.

Put memtest86 on a flash stick.
Boot the flash stick and let memtest run.
No errors allowed.

Thank you, I will give that a go tomorrow after I’m back from work. Thank you for the advice.

will memtest output a pretty clear indication of what is going on?
