multiple corrupt files

I keep having two programs that repeatly have corrupt files. One is
konfaubulator and Objectdock. Sometimes they work fine and then the next time
I login they dont work. Is there anyway that I can fix this?

You might try consulting the manufacturer of whatever software
application uses those files; they're not part of Windows.
