Multiple Different BSOD

Hi everyone, I just built a brand new rig, and it keeps getting BSOD's. They come at random times, sometimes when running windows 10, sometimes before it even boots. They are almost always a different code when it fails. I've tried removing the video card, network card, using only one stick of ram, using different slots, etc. Everything powers up BIOS shows everything is okay, then as soon as I boot windows it dies. I've updated the bios. I've re-installed windows. PSU seems fine, maybe a motherboard? I took out the CPU and made sure all the pins were okay as well.

Any help would be appreciated, I really don't know what to try next.

Okay, so I started up Mem test and it froze. I then took out all RAM except for one stick and it then crashed after a reboot. I moved the stick to a different DIMM and it's running now... Could this be a bad main board?
