Multiple Different Ram Sticks

so I have 2x4GB of G.skill Ripjaws 4 rated for 3000Mhz, in slots 1,3. can i get a set of Trident Z 2x8GB if they go in slots 2,4 at the same speed or would they conflict
Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
Ripjaws 4 DDR4 3000mhz
ASRock x370 killer sli
Radeon RX 580 MK.2 Armor (8gb)
WDBlue 500gb ssd
WD black 1tb HDD

It’s not best to mix different types of RAM, you should buy the same all across the board. It shouldn’t harm the computer if you do mix them, so it wouldn’t hurt to try. But it most likely won’t work.
