Multiple Display Problems

I have a GTX 1050 Ti and have had an AOC E2752S working together fine for some time now (connected over HDMI port on graphics card.) I recently got an old Dell monitor in hopes of having a dual monitor setup, but despite drivers being up to date and everything connected, Windows or nVidia Control Panel cannot find the Dell. If someone could help me figure this out it would be amazing!

My Primary AOC is connected over the HDMI port on my graphics card, and the Dell is connected via the DVI-D port
