I have a Brodband Connection in India With ISP BSNL.
I have 10 desktop PCs connected via Ethernet Switch that is further connected to ADSL Modem over PPoe connection, is there any way that each Computer has different dynamic IP Address (Needed for personal use, can't specify) generated. By using any way Dial Up, hardware etc, etc.
Please i can't afford multiple connections and no proxy suggestions please.

Do you want for each of these 10 PCs to be accessible from Internet? What access you do need for them - web server, file transfer?

Option one (expensive, probably impossible): You talk to your ISP, and it provides you with block of IPs (in your case, 16, or .240 network). You need to replace your ADSL gateway with ADSL modem, and real router (not a gateway). Every one of these PCs will have real IP address.

Option two (cheaper, needs knowledge): You install VPN server behind the router, and configure the router so that VPN server is accessible from the outside. Then whenever you need access to your PCs, you "dial into" your own VPN server, and become part of your network.

please if you have Process for option 2 then provide me?

That is likely why he added the "needs knowledge" comment to option 2. VPN is not a simple concept and it depends why you are saying "no proxy". Proxy and VPN have many features in common.

But if we go back to your original post the better answer is you can't do it for free. Everyone knows that IP addresses are in short supply so they costs money. You will either pay your ISP for these or you will use your current ISP to build a VPN tunnel to another ISP who will sell you these IP addresses.
