I have email accounts; Gmail, Outlook.com, Comcast, and an iPhone account.
Is there a way to merge then remove duplicates so I see all contacts w/o duplicates in each account.
For example I have to check off all 4 users on my iPhone to see all contacts.
I don't knw if I start with Apple or Windows or.....

Windows 10 "Mail" applications and its contact (People) app has "Merge duplicates". But it still will list email/phone/etc several times, once for each account. If you delete an entry, it will sync back deleted duplicates to the original GMail/Outlout/etc, and I'm sure you don't want that.

I made the error of merging which was wrong so I recovered with a backup from iCloud. I am going to accept it as it is.
At least it is functional.
I wonder if you have more than one account and each account has contacts a little different than the others if you do as I do by checking off more than one user to see them al lor something else.
It is an interesting question if nothing else.
Thanks for the reply and information..
