I have many BSOD with multiple error code like :
  • SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
  • DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  • PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
  • IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
This is my spec :
ACER ASPIRE 3 A315-41 BLACK

  • AMD Ryzen 3 Dual Core 3200U 2.5GHz up to 3.8GHz (4MB Cache)
  • 8GB RAM DDR4 (upgraded)
  • Radeon RX Vega 3 Graphics
  • WINDOWS 10
I assume, the BSOD happen after I plug charger on my laptop.
When my laptop connected with charger and BSOD happened, I tried memtest86 before and show minidump file after BSOD

081519-57468-01.dmp
081619-62953-01.dmp
081619-44375-01.dmp

Please do you have solution for my problem? Thank you.

Comment: 2 or more types of RAM are installed.

System: Aspire A315-41
System page: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/model/NX.GY9EK.003
There's multiple models of this system and I'm not sure which one you have.

This information can be used by others to help you. I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Did you add more ram yourself? who upgraded it?

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

I searched by the black descriptor but might have wrong one still. without confirmation from op, i shouldn't go looking for drivers.

none of the installed drivers stand out as immediate problems.

I'm choose RAM by myself (SODIMM DDR4 4GB PC-21300/2666 Mhz) and acer center help to put it in, did I choose the wrong tipe of RAM? if I did can you recommend me type of RAM that will fit my device.

I'm using Acer Aspire 3 A315-41 with Ryzen 3 3200U, link that you attach refer to Acer Aspire 3 A315-41 with Ryzen 3 2200 processor. Or that will be the same BIOS?

Any solution what should I do? I'm newbie at this problem

Thank you :)

I did notice that both Skype and Firefox crashed. And looking at the drivers I see these two listed:

Dec 10 2018btfilter.sysQualcomm Atheros BT Filter driver https://www.qualcomm.com/
Apr 17 2019Qcamain10x64.sysQualcomm Atheros Network Adapter driver http://www.killernetworking.com/

Which may be outdated. Look for Killer Networking driver updates.

I've checked my Memory on Task Manager and I found that my RAM reserved by hardware 2.1 GB (see my pct I uploded). I want to know, maybe that caused problem like BSOD? I'm added SODIMM DDR4 4GB PC-21300/2666 Mhz for 2nd RAM.

your laptop uses a vega gpu integrated into CPU, the amount reserved is likely to be the dedicated ram for the GPU. I can see it uses 2gb

if ram chosen by the Acer centre help, I have to assume they know what to use. Is the other stick stuck in the laptop? Can you run memtest? i doubt its the new stick, but it always helps to check.

you can see if there are newer lan drivers from here - https://support.killernetworking.com/download/killer-drivers-installation-64bit/
