Multiple False Starts When Booting New Build

Hello,

I've just finished building my new PC and for some reason, it false starts up to 3 times before finally booting and starting properly (blurry video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGKzbyO-6HU). Once it boots it's fine, no issues whatsoever and system runs perfectly.

I've tried using a different monitor, using it without the graphics card, unplugging certain hard drives to see if they're at fault, resetting the CMOS using the jumpers on the motherboard and nothing. The system is a pretty standard build, except I have an SSD with Windows on and then a HDD for storage. Specs are as follows:

RAM: Corsair XMS3 Memory 16GB 1600MHz CL11 DDR3
CPU: Intel Core i5 (4460) 3.2GHz
MOBO: ASRock B85M Pro4 Motherboard Core
HDD: Toshiba 1TB Int SATA 7200rpm
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 120GB
PSU: Corsair VS550 VS Series (550 Watt) ATX Power Supply
GFX: Gigabyte GV-N730-2GI GeForce GT 730 2GB

Running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

I've read around and a common theme for fault seems to be either the motherboard or PSU, but both are brand new and should be compatible with all my other hardware as far as I can tell. I don't really have a spare mobo/PSU so I'm hesitant to start buying replacements on a whim unless I can get some solid info.

Any help/info is greatly appreciated!

I actually solved this the other day. It involved a lot of digging through different BIOS settings, disabling and enabling different options and just trial and error and, hopefully, it seems to be fixed.

I think the issue was with an "MRC Boot" option, which apparently trains the memory to run at the correct speeds every time you boot. I enabled this option and it seems to start up first time.
