Multiple games on 1 computer

For my birthday I am inviting some friends over I have 3 friends coming but only 2 computers. I was wondering if on my better conputer (R5 1600 1070 ti) if I could somehow run two games at once. For example, 2 instances of csgo at once on 2 different accounts. I also have 2 monitors so it would be even better if I could have them running on different monitors.

You could set up a virtual machine on that PC and then do two accounts. Otherwise, without a VM, I do not think it is possible.

A VM does eat up resources when in use so expect lower performance.
