Multiple Games Unplayable

Not a Hardcore PC gaming guy but love it nonetheless, recently purchased a Dell i5675-A933BLU-PUS Inspiron 5675 AMD Desktop, Ryzen 5 1400 Processor, 8GB, 1TB, AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB GDDR5 Graphics. I had no issues gaming on a Windows 7 64bit imac through steam, now i cannot play the majority of my game library. Some games say "caused an Access Violation" and another said "error processing render buffer command create vb". I am very new to pc and am in need of asisstance.

You need Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Plus. https://sourceforge.net/projects/vb6extendedruntime/

If you have those games Via Steam and you haven't deleted the extra data, you will find in the folders of your games a folder of Redistributables or Vcredist or _commonRedist. Install those + Directx also if needed (same folder)
