multiple gpus for AMD2+?

I'm looking to find the AMD2+socket motherboard that will accept the most gpus, can you help me please?

AM2+ sockets are very old and very hard to find. And if you even get a AM2+ socket motherboard. Also if you very powerful gpu like HD7970 then the card will be bottlenecked by the processor as AM2+ processors are slow. Also what do you mean by multiple GPU? Like in crossfire or SLI?
If that is what you are talking about then that will also be a problem as for newer GPu you need at least a PCIE 2.0 x16 slot or better, and for using multiple graphics card you also need multiple PCIE 2.0 x16 slots which is very hard if not impossible to find.
