Question Multiple GPUs Rendering Incorrectly

I'm having a weird situation here where when I play games, my old, slow graphics card is being tasked with the rendering. I have no idea why it's doing the work as I'm starting/playing the game on the primary monitor with the more modern card. I also know this is happening because I've measured the load on the cards with GPU-Z and can see the new card idle and the old card stressed.

I can also force the new card to be used by disabling the old card, starting the game and then re-enabling the old card (which generally works). This is a pretty frustrating workaround though and doesn't always work. I also can't use the Nvidia Control Panel approach to select GPU affinity as that only works for Integrated Graphics setups (not two expansion cards).

Setup:
GTX 480: 1st and 2nd Monitor
8800GTS: 3rd and 4th Monitor
GeForce Driver: 341.44 (latest compatible with both cards)
No integrated graphics at play...

I'd appreciate any help/suggestions people have. Thanks!

P.S. This setup has worked correctly for almost 3 years and only recently (in the last couple months) has started behaving this way.

Yep very odd and frustrating :/. No clue what really changed... I've reinstalled drivers since the problem happened and can't get it to function correctly.

BIOS does show up on the primary monitor (1st on GTX 480) and the 480 is in the first slot closest to the CPU.
