Multiple Graphic Cards On a MotherBoard

Ok, so I've seen this video where the guy had 8 titan x's, and I'm just curious, how to i put more graphic cards than there are graphic card slots, like a USB hub, but not as many ports

There are motherboards out there with multiple PCIe x16 slots (ports used to plug in graphics card), if you take for example https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813182968
It has 7 PCIe slots, so if you wanted to, you could install 7 graphics cards in it.

Are you talking about like a USB hub? You plug in a multiple socket USB into one? No, you can't do that with PCIe and graphics card, each graphics card needs it's own PCIe slot.
