i want the diagram for thousend led,s connected for single micro controller

Since you are asking for a huge amount of current with "thousand LEDs", you would need to use the output of the microcontroller to switch a transistor which would drive the LEDs, which would be hooked up in parallel. Or a relay, if you can find one that your controller can drive.
