Multiple LEDs on motherboard after power outage

Ok so about 2 hours ago my house had a power outage and obviously my pc shut off improperly and when I tried to turn it back on it would power on but nothing would show up on screen. I took a look inside and there are 3 LEDs that are on/flashing but I have no idea what they mean. The BOOT_DRIVE_LED is solid red, and the CPU_LED and the DRAM_LED both flash 2 times.

My specs are:
Asus 990fx r2.0 mobo
Amd fx 8350 cpu,
Amd 7970 gpu,
Thermaltake 800w psu, .

I'm running Windows 8.1.

1) Try the "MemOK! button"
2) Also the "Clear CMOS jumper"
3) If you still have problem, try Bench it - Troubleshooting http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1753671/bench-troubleshooting.html But check the CPU and the cpu socket to there is any burn mark or not.
