Multiple Monitor Task Bar Extension Update

I no longer use Windows update's as I have proven that it indeed does slow down my computer systems, and also conflicts with other applications I use.

That being said, I am getting tired of buying multiple monitor task-bar programs.

Can someone point me in the direction of the windows update that contained the task-bar extension?

A download link would be preferred.

Win 7 doesn't natively do this and there has been no update to address it

The task bar extension comes built in on win 8+

Ohh that must be what it is I thought they came out with a update but I bet it was in 8.1!
