Hi guys and gals,

My son's did his first build last year using the AMD A10-6800k CPU on a Biostar motherboard, and it went well. He was using dual monitors (DVI-D and VGA) for his desktop displays, and using HDMI to connect to the big TV on occasion - all three at the same time. For Christmas he received the EVGA GeForce 750 Ti SC, and while he can still use the DVI-D and HDMI from the GeForce card, he can't get the VGA from the motherboard/APU to work.

Is there a way to get all these things to work together? It seems like there should be a way, but then again, asking nVidia and AMD to play nice together might be asking too much.

Solution
Sometimes, the motherboard bios will disable an integrated graphics adapter if it detects a discrete graphics card.
Look in the bios to see if you can enable the integrated adapter.

If, that is not possible, the dvi-I port on the GTX750ti will run a vga monitor if you use a dvi to vga adapter or cable.
The third output, the dp output on the GTX750ti will need a dp to dvi cable or adapter so the GTX750ti can run all three displays.
