Multiple monitors on R9 390 having issues

Hey guys, I just installed an R9 390 and it's running great. Have put in several hours of gaming and temperatures look good and all three of my monitors look great.

One problem I'm having, that I didn't have with my GTX-770 2GB that I replaced, is that when I am using three monitors and I decide I don't need one of them, when I go into Display Settings, click on the one I don't need and hit "disconnect this display," it turns off, but so do my other two monitors.

They all turn off, my middle monitor, the main one, is on HDMI and it says no signal found until the time to confirm my decision passes and it reverts to all three being on at once.

I have two Asus 22'' 1080p monitors hooked up through DVI and one 27'' LG monitor hooked up through HDMI. I was able to disconnect and extend displays with zero issues with my previous card.

There was a setting I messed with previously in the Radeon Control Center -- some eyefinity thing, that when I started a new one, it turned off the other two as I wanted, and then I just cancelled and only my middle monitor was connected, as I wanted. But that's a long workaround.

I'm on Windows 10 64-bit.

EDIT: I should also note that when I go Windows Key + P and choose "PC Screen Only" they all turn off. Then I unplugged the HDMI from my middle monitor, plugged it back in, and then the middle monitor was the only one on and the other two were properly disconnected. I have no idea what's going on.

EDIT2: I just unplugged everything, then plugged them in one at a time. When I have the middle HDMI monitor and one DVI monitor both connected, I can use "Disconnect this Display" just fine and it works as it should. I tested this with combinations of middle monitor and each of the individual DVI monitors. But when I have all three going at once, "Disconnect This Display" turns everything off.

Well I use the three monitors for work. When my fiancee uses the computer or when I game on it, only the center monitor is used. I've noticed that the temps of the GPU are a bit higher when it's pushing three monitors even if two of them aren't really being used. Not like, dangerous or out of the ordinary, but it's an unnecessary power draw and even if I turn the monitors off with the power buttons, the GPU is still pushing to them and that drops my framerate when gaming.

Oh okay, gotcha. So you said you have a GTX, I'm assuming that's a GeForce model and not ASUS. If that's the case, GeForce has a program called the GeForce experience. Within this program you can easily configure the multiple displays and turn them on/off as needed. This program should have come with your latest driver install and you should see it in your taskbar; it's a green arrow looking icon.

Well no, I HAD a GTX-770 and it worked great on that. Now I have an AMD R9 390 and it's not working as expected. I feel like there's a setting somewhere I'm missing but I can't figure it out.

Windows I guess would be the other thing I would check. If you go into the display properties, you should have the option to uncheck/check monitors you're not using and adjust them as needed. Same principal as the GeForce Experience program.
