Hello,
So i just built my self a new budget desktop. All I'm trying to do is have an extended monitor onto my HDTV via HDMI. I am also connected to a LCD monitor via VGA. I am only using integrated graphics with a A6 5400k, but that should be perfectly fine. They are connected via the motherboard, obviously. When I connect the HDMI cable to the PC i immediately get a duplicate display on the TV. No pop ups from windows. No options. I go into control panel>appearance and personization>connect an external display and It only shows my generic PnP monitor even though i have both hooked up and am getting multiple displays. Click detect. No luck. I'm fairly confident my drivers are up to date, but will triple check. Help Please!
Thanks,
Jake
