Multiple PC issues

Lately it seems as if my PC is going downhill, and i'm not sure as to what could be the part I should replace.

1) Mouse slowing down despite turning speed up, and still does not seem to be registering the new speed it's been set to.

2) keyboard randomly acts as if CTRL key is being held down, only thing that stops this is re-starting the PC.

3) Browsers seem to be taking longer to load content. (chrome, firefox) I have cleared history/cookies etc.

4) rarely in chrome tabs at top will 'darken out' and only the tab I am viewing is the normal bright color. this usually goes in hand with the 'CTRL held down issue' above.

5) fans seem to be working overtime despite a thorough blasting with air.

6) when playing games, seem to lag more and more as the day goes on and reboot seems to help, but not a complete fix.

I can't think of the other things at the moment, but these are the 'big' ones that seem to be pestering me. First my hubby thought it was my video card going, now seems to think it's the RAM. and having an idea would be best before I try to save up and get something to fix it.

DPI is how many dots per inch a mouse moves on a computer monitor/display or whatever. The higher the DPI, the faster it moves with less movement. How can you not be sure what software you're using for DPI? You either have software for it or you don't lol.

57% system RAM usage is quite high for browsing usage. You should get rid of those tabs if you're trying to play games. Some games use up to 7GiB RAM (including Windows processes) all by itself. That leaves no room for browsing (assuming you have 8GiB).

Speedtest only tells you the latency to the closest server. If you're playing games, it can be very different. For example my internet here is really weird. I get 90-110 ping (which is fine) from Italy to American servers in online...
What is your mouse, and what software are you using to control its DPI? Try a different USB port for keyboard. Check RAM usage for browsers and your internet speed especially. By fans working overtime, do you mean your computer has been getting louder? Games do not just "lag more and more". You're either getting thermal throttling or there is a problem with video drivers.

The keyboard and mouse are both Novatech make, and less than 2 months old. I have no idea what software I am using for 'DPI' (and i'm not sure what DPI is, if im honest) 🙁

At the moment, with chrome open (10 tabs open... I have a bit of ADD) and FFXIV running in windowed mode, Task Manager has me at Processes 79, CPU Useage: 18-20% Physical Memory: 57%. that's with XIV minimised, with it up, CPU useage goes up to 50%. (sorry if this isnt what you meant)

according to speedtest.com my ping is 24ms, Download speed is 32.27mbps, Upload speed is 1.91mbps

yes, it does seem the fans are getting louder and louder. My graphics card fan moreso when i have XIV up and running, but I assume that is normal, I'm just not used to the loudness it's putting off.. No rattling, just sounds like it's going to take flight soon... debating weighing it down, lol.

I don't know how else to describe it, it just seems that from the time i start playing in the morning at about 8am to about 3pm-ish it starts getting a bit laggy and I have to reboot the system to make it playable again.

I have 3 fans on the inside, all are clear of debris and they are not rattling.

If i update my video drivers, my game pretty much becomes unplayable, it lags so bad I get dial-up flashbacks, lol.

Using Speccy, this is my PC's current state.. I can't make much sense of it, x.x

Try checking the fan curve for your video card in graphics drivers. Try setting a temperature target, or set a custom fan curve where the GPU only runs at a set speed. It's normal for GPUs to ramp up speed under load (otherwise they would thermal throttle, or worse, overheat and damage components).

It makes no sense that you would just "randomly" start lagging. Something running on your computer is likely the issue. If updating the graphics drivers gives you problems, either the video card is the problem or it's the graphics drivers. Updating to any graphics driver shouldn't cause an issue with every single version.
