Multiple random BSOD's

So when i started getting these crashes, I thought it was a faulty hard drive which I replaced and freshly installed windows 8.1, complete new start. For awhile I saw no problems but then came back random BSOD errors, driver_irql_not_less_or_equal, system_service_exception, etc. Certain games also give me a lot of issues like Overwatch or Warframe, just mid game crashing.

My build is:
CPU:Intel (R) Core(TM) i5-4690k CPU @ 3.50ghz
GPU: GeForce GTX 660
Motherboard: Asus Z97-a
RAM:CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Please remove ASUS software and/or cfosspeed and update the motherboard BIOS to version 2801.
